The winemaking process for this wine focuses on preserving the characteristics of the grape.
A cold maceration is carried out and subsequently the alcoholic fermentation is controlled at a moderate temperature for good color extraction.
Subsequently, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where it rests for 6 months.
