Ca Rioja (Spain) made with the Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grape varieties.

This Cerro Añon Crianza red wine is aged for 14 to 16 months in American oak barrels, which underwent periodic racking.

After being clarified and bottled, the wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of four months before going on sale.

Production The Red Wine comes from grapes from Rioja Alta, Media and Rioja Alavesa, getting the best of each region to achieve an unparalleled blend.

Once in the winery, the grapes are selected and undergo fermentation at between 20 and 26 ºC to preserve varietal aromas.

Likewise, daily pump-overs are carried out during the maceration process of the must for 18 days.

Finally, a third of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak barrels.

Olarra Winery The origins of this winery come from a building, a work by Juan Antonio Ridruejo in 1973, designed and conceived for wine.

The most emblematic feature is its roof that crowns the barrel room, which is made up of 11 hexagonal domes that help to avoid sudden temperature changes.

This design was intended to be conveyed in the wines and in the way the wines are made, as in Añares, where the aim is to create a wine that adapts and evolves to stay on trend over time.
