Solo Tirio Syrah Red Wine is elegant, harmonious and balanced.
It belongs to Bodegas Aragonesas and has the Campo de Borja Designation of Origin.
It is created using a traditional method of fermenting at less than 25º C and macerating for 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks.
It is made from selected grapes from approximately 20-year-old vineyards with calcareous and clay-ferrous soils, perfectly adapted to the local climate and soil. Solo Tirio Syrah Red Wine is produced using the semi-carbonic maceration method for a portion of the grapes.
When the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the bleeding and pressing process begins.
After malolactic fermentation, a short aging of one-third of the wine is carried out in French oak barrels.
Graduation 14% Vol.
It is served at 16º C.
