CrianzaThis Finca Valdelagua Red Wine is aged for 12 months in new oak barrels.
Production To produce this red wine, the best bunches of grape varieties were selected from the vineyard, ensuring that they were harvested during the coolest hours of the day.
Once in the winery, they carry out the controlled fermentation process at temperatures between 25 and 28 degrees and subsequently a maceration for 16 days.
Casa del Valle Wineries and Vineyards represents the heritage of the culture and philosophy of the renowned Châteaux.
From the Castilla La Mancha region, wines have been created and produced following a Vinos de Pago philosophy with grape varieties from 82 hectares of new vineyards surrounding the winery with spectacular views.
The varieties chosen, since they have good performance in aging and adapt well to the winery's production methods, include varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc (white), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah (red).
