Aging: This Hacienda Casa del Valle Selección Especial Magnum red wine is aged for 6 to 8 months in French and American oak barrels.

Production To produce this Hacienda Casa del Valle Special Selection Magnum Red Wine, the three grape varieties were vinified separately, where each one had its fermentation controlled at temperatures below 25 degrees.

Subsequently, they underwent maceration for between 10 and 15 days depending on the grape variety.

Once the assembly is complete, it goes into its breeding process.
