The vineyards are located in Quintanilla de Onésimo, province of Valladolid. Specifically, these vines, over 20 years old, are on the La Planta estate at an altitude above sea level of over 900 meters.

Its production process begins with hand-harvesting in 15 Kg boxes, the bunches are selected and destemmed on the selection table.
These grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks where they undergo cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC.
Its final step is aging; this wine is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º.
