Lar de Maía 7º Autor Red Wine is a red wine from the Tierra de Castilla y León region, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from century-old vineyards. Initial manual selection in the vineyard, second selection in the winery, and subsequent destemming.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French and American oak barrels.
Aging: in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months.
Subsequently, it is aged in the bottle for 12 months.
Over time, precipitates or sediment may appear in the bottle.
Consumption temperature: 16º-18º C.
