Its preparation is very careful.
First, a manual harvest is carried out, selecting the best quality bunches, and then cold maceration and fermentation at 26ºC in steel tanks.
Once the fermentation process is complete, malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels for 4 months.
The production of Tinto Mazacruz is 20,500 bottles.
Tasting notes on Mazacruz Red Wine: In appearance it boasts a beautiful cherry red color.
On the nose it is very intense in aromas with red fruits such as plum or blackberry.
On the palate it is very pleasant with a predominance of fruit and sweet touches, ending in a round finish on the palate.
The perfect pairing to accompany this wine would be fried eggs, pickled partridge or chops.
The alcoholic content of Mazacruz Red Wine is 14.5%.
The ideal temperature for serving this wine is 17ºC.
