NOC Red Wine This red wine made with Tempranillo is one of the winery's high-end wines, a complex and complete wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in Manzaneque with an area of 9.4ha.
with sandy and limestone soils at an altitude of 750m above sea level with slopes of 1%.
The grape harvest is done at night to ensure that the grapes arrive at the winery in the highest quality.
Once in the winery, the grapes are manually selected and destemmed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in old concrete vats. Subsequently, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to begin aging.
