After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in new oak barrels, with 20% French oak and 80% American oak, which provides complexity, spicy notes and a perfect balance.

Finally, the wine rests for 6 months in the bottle before being released to the market, guaranteeing a smooth texture and a refined aromatic profile.
