Piedra Joven Red Wine: It is a wine from Bodegas Estancia Piedra, made with grapes exclusively produced by the vineyard located in the Pago de Cantadal.
It is a modern vineyard trained on trellises that is over 20 years old.
Its soil and climate characteristics make this 100% Tinta de Toro variety wine a unique and distinctive wine.
Cherry-colored with cardinal edges, it offers fresh and intense aromas of strawberry and currant, and its palate is elegant, fresh and balanced.
Piedra Joven Red Wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of up to 25ºC.
where it subsequently also carries out malolactic fermentation.
The young wine is not aged in oak barrels and undergoes very light filtration, resulting in a fresh and very fruity wine, seeking the greatest expression of the Tinta de Toro grape.
