VINEYARD It comes from Tempranillo vineyards, over 30 years old with yields of less than 4,500 kilos per hectare, located in 6 different villages along the Ribera del Duero.

Each origin is processed and aged separately, enhancing and preserving its virtues so that they are shown in the final wine.
PRODUCTION The plots are harvested at their optimal moment of maturity, after a strict analytical control and tasting in the field, at that moment the grape expresses its best qualities.
Hand-harvested grapes are selected at the winery entrance, leaving only the bunches that show excellent health and ripeness.
After destemming, the winemaking process is carried out by gravity without the use of aggressive pumping that damages the grapes.
The total maceration time is around 18 days.
AGING: 14 months in oak barrels, 80% French and 20% American, with racking every 4 months.
4 months of resting time for final assembly in storage.
Unfiltered wine; over time, slight sediment may appear as a result of natural evolution.
