Románico Red Wine is made with 100% Tinta de Toro grapes, harvested between September 29th and October 3rd. The vineyards are located in Valdefinjas and Toro in the province of Zamora. The vineyards where Románico Red Wine is grown are cultivated in a way that is completely respectful of the environment.
No herbicides or systemic products are used. Románico red wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. The winemaker for this wine is Marcos Eguren. The Teso la Monja winery belongs to Grupo Eguren, one of the most prestigious wine groups in Spain, which was formed after the sale of Bodega Numanthia Termes to the number one luxury company. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16° and 18°C. Decanting before serving is recommended.
