Puzzle Cabernet Franc Red Wine

This Argentinian wine comes from the prestigious Paraje Altamira, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza), one of the most renowned wine regions in the country.

This red wine is made with 100% Cabernet Franc, grown in calcareous and alluvial soils, which provides a subtle minerality and an elegant structure on the palate.

The manual harvest guarantees the optimal selection of grapes, taking care of every detail from the vineyard to the bottle.

As for the winemaking process, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for five days in 600-liter bins, followed by a controlled alcoholic fermentation in the same type of containers.

Subsequently, the wine is transferred to 225-liter French oak barrels, used between the third and fifth use, allowing for a gentle and respectful aging process that preserves the fruit, for a total of 18 months.

Before its release, the wine rests for 6 months in the bottle, refining its tannins and enhancing its aromatic profile.

The result is a Cabernet Franc that stands out for its subtle herbaceous notes, black fruits, freshness and good acidity, ideal for pairing with red meats, spicy dishes or simply to enjoy on its own.
