With 60% Cariñena, 35% Garnacha and a touch of Syrah (5%), this wine reflects the richness and depth of the over 30-year-old vines that nourish it.

The grapes are carefully hand-selected, ensuring only the best quality for each harvest.

Transported in 15-kilo boxes, the grapes arrive at the winery ready to begin their transformation into a wine of unique character.

Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 to 25 days at controlled temperatures between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.

After gentle pressing, the resulting wine is separated to obtain only the highest quality part, while the rest is reserved for other blends.

Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel for approximately 30 days to soften and refine the wine.

Finally, part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 4 months, adding subtle notes of spice and vanilla to the final blend.

The result is an intriguing wine with a well-defined structure and complex flavors.

Secrets de Mar Negre presents a deep red hue and unfolds tempting aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and subtle oak notes.

On the palate, it is balanced and silky, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
