Bodegas Séptima presents the Séptima Malbec Red Wine from the Mendoza designation of origin (Argentina).
It is made from 100% Malbec grapes.
The grapes were harvested and the juice was extracted.
The must was placed in a stainless steel tank and a cold maceration was carried out to extract the aromas and color.
Then yeast was added and the wine was fermented at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius for 7 to 10 days.
Daily pump-overs were performed until the end of fermentation, and then the wine was bottled.
The wine was then bottled and stored for 3 months.
Bodegas Séptima is a winery belonging to the Codorníu Group, which has projects in other appellations in Spain and around the world.
The Codorníu Group catalog has received more than 150 international awards for wines and cavas.
Bodega Séptima is located in Mendoza, in the most important wine region of Argentina.
The winery's vineyards are located 1,050 meters above sea level, and the grapes are hand-picked and processed without any chemical or mechanical intervention to ensure the wine is the best it can be.
