The vast majority of the vines in these vineyards are Tempranillo, where they coexist with some Garnacha.
THE HARVEST The 2016 campaign was slightly rainier than average in the area and somewhat cooler than usual, which influenced the late and aromatic character of the harvest.
We harvest and process by zones, starting with the lowest, at 450 meters altitude and ending with the highest, above 650 meters.
After production, we aged the wines for 12 months in 225-liter French and American oak barrels.
