ORIGIN: Near the coast in Blind River and in the lower Wairau Valley.
SOIL: Rocky and poor.
CLIMATE: Our grapes enjoy the region's long hours of sunshine, while the sea breeze keeps them cooler and drier.
GUARDA: Fermented in small batches, with cold maceration, and aged for 10 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels (10% new oak).
