BVino presents Usted Red Wine from the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin in Spain, made with carefully selected Tempranillo (mostly) and Garnacha grapes.
VINEYARD LOCATIONS San Asensio: Villarica/ Los Perros/ Espeso.
Torremontalbo: El Soto.
Production procedure: After the manual harvest and selection of the best bunches and grapes, the winemaking process continues with a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration.
Then, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with light pump-overs to extract the primary aromas to the fullest, at a maximum temperature of 24°C to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where malic acid is transformed into lactic acid, which softens the taste of the wine and makes it rounder on the palate.
The entire process is carried out with careful temperature and time control to ensure the quality and flavor of the final product.
Serving temperature: 15-16ºC Annual production: 100,000 liters / 133,000 bottles.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Wine stabilized by natural processes, which may result in natural cold precipitation.
