Gramona Xarel.lo Font Jui White Wine is a wine made with 100% xarel.lo grapes from biodynamic farming and certified winemaking with the DEMETER seal.
Preparation: Manual harvesting and subsequent sorting.
Whole grape pressing.
They use only free-run grape must.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
This wine is fermented and aged in 300-liter French oak barrels (fine grain and medium toast).
33% new barrels are used and the rest are second and third year barrels in order to respect the character of the grape as much as possible.
Aged with its lees for 3 months.
