Almansa. This wine is made at Bodegas Atalaya, which has 25 hectares of vineyards, located in Almansa in the province of Albacete.
It belongs to the Gil Family Estate Winery group. This wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º Celsius. Decanting before serving is recommended. ALAYA TIERRA RED WINE PAIRING: It is especially recommended for stews, casseroles, roasts, red meats... ALAYA TIERRA RED WINE TASTING NOTES: Appearance: It presents a deep cherry-red color. Nose: On the nose, it offers aromas of black fruit.
