This wine represents the ultimate expression of balance between the Tempranillo (50%) and Garnacha (50%) varieties, combining power, freshness and finesse in every sip.

Made from grapes from vineyards located at an altitude of 550 meters, with an average age of 35 years, this wine is born in calcareous soils of medium depth, with abundant pebbles and a loamy texture, ideal conditions to obtain grapes of excellent quality and concentration.

The grape harvest, which takes place between the first and second week of October, is carried out with great care, transporting the grapes in small capacity trailers to preserve their integrity.

Winemaking takes place in open 500-liter French oak barrels, where frequent punch-downs of the grape cap are carried out, a traditional technique that promotes the extraction of color, aroma and tannins.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is pressed and transferred, along with its fine lees, to 225 and 500 liter French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging for a minimum of 18 months in new barrels.

Subsequently, the wine is bottled and undergoes a two-year aging process in the bottle, which allows it to reach an extraordinary degree of refinement and complexity.

The result is a deep, elegant and soulful red wine that combines the structure and longevity of Tempranillo with the expressiveness and silkiness of Garnacha.

On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spices, licorice, toasted notes and a mineral background that speaks of the terroir.

On the palate it is ample, balanced and with polished tannins, perfect to accompany red meats, game dishes or aged cheeses.
