Digma Graciano Reserva Red Wine comes from the vineyards and wineries of Castillo de Sajazarra, with a Qualified Designation of Origin Rioja.
Being a single-varietal Graciano grape, it highlights the nuances that this grape brings to the red wine.
Digma Graciano Reserva Red Wine is made only in exceptional years from the best vineyards of the winery.
As it is a long-cycle variety and the farm is located at a considerable altitude and latitude, we have to reduce production to less than 5,000 kilos per hectare to ensure perfect ripening of the grapes.
It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remains for a total of about 18 months.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
