Quality Wine from Valtiendas. The harvest is done manually and in 18 kg boxes, to later carry out the fermentation in epoxy tanks with strict temperature control.
The aging process takes place over 12 months in French oak barrels sourced from the Bestranges forests.
The Ribera del Duratón Winery and Vineyards is located near the Duratón River in Valtiendas, has a great agricultural tradition in the cultivation of vines and is one of the oldest wine-growing areas.
It is the result of a great love for wine on the part of the Magaña family, where the land has large plantings of Tempranillo, Syrah and Malbec.
This winery is famous for using free-run wine, which is obtained by gravity by draining the tank after alcoholic fermentation, and for the respect they show to the vineyard and the land, stating that these are two basic elements to obtain the best quality grapes.
