This is the only red wine that Leyenda del Páramo produces without aging, allowing us to appreciate this variety in its simplest but no less attractive version.
It pairs well with stews, pasta, and semi-ripe cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 12°C and 16°C.
