Ronda, an essential part of the Great South Tour for romantic 19th-century English travelers, is the setting that inspires this elegant young red wine with a touch of aging.
The Encina del Inglés Tinto is our tribute to those Englishmen who, in love with and respectful of the Ronda landscapes, contributed to giving a universal character to this beautiful Andalusian city.
Made with a medium maceration and controlled fermentation at 25ºC, this wine has been aged for 6 months in medium toasted Allier oak foudres, completing its process in the bottle.
