Their vineyards are 80 years old and their soils are made of calcareous clay, which makes this wine delicious.
Production process This wine is made in a French oak vat, a manual pump-over is carried out for 15 days until the alcoholic fermentation is finished, then it goes to French oak barrels, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
When it is finished, racking is carried out every 4 months for a year and the aging is completed by remaining in the bottle for 12 months before its commercialization.
