Paco García Seis Red Wine from Bodegas Paco García presents this Red Wine from D.
EITHER.
Ca La Rioja (Spain) made with the Tempranillo grape variety.
Crianza Este Vino Tinto Paco García Seis has been aged in 225 litres French oak barrels for six months.
Harvest This wine has been harvested manually in the vineyards El Paraje del Seis, an estate from 2007 which is located about 510 meters above the average sea level where there is great ventilation that keeps the area cool.
The soil type of these vineyards is sandy loam, and there is a balance between the leaf surface and the production of the vine.
The grape variety for this wine is Tempranillo and it is late ripening.
Production Once in the winery, the grapes are separated from the bunch and placed in a tank where they will remain for about 48 hours at a controlled temperature between 5 and 10 degrees.
It is then fermented at a low temperature where the detail is maintained by mixing both the skin and the seeds and liquid through a novel disintegration system in which the "cap" is totally submerged in the liquid.
This is how more color and aromas are extracted from the variety, and what makes Paco García Seis Red Wine so special.
Tempranillo This late-harvest variety produces high-quality wines, with good body and structure that highlights aromatic complexity and a high alcohol level with low acidity.
Being a variety with few tannins, it helps to make these types of wines fine, smooth and silky on the palate.
