PRIMA RED WINE Prima red wine is 90% Tinta de Toro and 10% Garnacha, from vineyards between 5 and 25 years old located in different plots in San Román, Villaester and Morales.

Toro. This wine belongs to Bodegas Mauro, and their expertise is evident in the result: a modern and appealing Toro wine. This wine is made using grapes from vineyard plots whose characteristics don't align with the more mineral and exuberant style of San Román. The Prima 2011 red wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The recommended serving temperature is between 14° and 15°C. Decanting is not necessary, and it can be cellared for up to 5 years.
