Valduero Una Cepa Red Wine Designation of Origin: Ribera de Duero Winery: Valduero Variety: 100% Tinto Fino Alcohol content: 14% Aging: 18 months in oak barrels of two origins and 12 months in bottle.
Bottle: 0.75L Production: Firstly, the vineyard that gives rise to this wine is cultivated in a goblet style without irrigation and without chemical fertilizers, in winter a strict pruning is carried out and a green pruning in June.
Once the grapes have been harvested by hand, fermentation takes place at a temperature between 23 and 28ºC followed by a 10-day maceration.
As a result, each strain only yields one bottle.
