Produced in Paraje Altamira, in the prestigious Uco Valley (Mendoza, Argentina), this wine represents a modern and delicate interpretation of an orange wine, respecting the essence of the terroir and the variety.
Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected and hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes, this white wine is distinguished by its artisanal process and unconventional winemaking.
The grapes are completely destemmed and fermented in concrete vats, without undergoing oxidative processes, thus preserving their freshness and aromatic purity.
Fermentation is carried out with skins, pulp and seeds for approximately 15 days, and from that point, the total contact time with the skins is decided by tasting, which can vary between 30 and 45 days.
This prolonged contact gives the wine an enveloping structure, unique tactile notes, and an aromatic complexity that is hard to find in a traditional white wine.
Once the maceration with skins is complete, the wine is gently pressed and transferred to used French oak barrels, where it ages for 6 months, gaining depth without losing freshness.
The result is a skin wine with vibrant acidity, subtle aromas of white fruits, citrus, dried flowers and spices, and a silky texture that makes it ideal for gastronomy.
