Ata Rangi Craighall Chardonnay White Wine. Ata Rangi Craighall Chardonnay white wine from the Ata Rangi winery in New Zealand.
The wine is produced mainly from very low-yielding Mendoza clones of vines over 30 years old.
The grapes are hand-picked and after being pressed, the juice is left to ferment with the addition of natural yeasts at a temperature between 15-20º to complete its malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Finally, it is left to age for 12 months in French oak barrels (25% new) on its lees before being bottled.
