Subsequently, the wine remains in contact with its skins for 6 months, which gives it color, complexity, texture and a distinctive character.
The result is an amber or orange-colored wine, with an expressive nose reminiscent of orange peel, black tea, dried flowers, and ripe fruit.
On the palate it surprises with its great freshness, volume and silky texture, accompanied by a light tannicity that gives it structure and personality.
