Fair Quinoa Vodka, created by "two idealistic Frenchmen," in their own words; Jean-François Daniel and Alexandre Koiransky, is produced by The Fair Trade Spirits Company (Paris, France).
It uses certified Fair Trade ingredients (the first vodka to do so, as far as we know).
This is the grain of the Quinoa plant, golden variety, cultivated by the Incas since the 1200s in the Andes mountain range.
