Brandy Fundador Sherry Cask: Brandy Solera from the Specific Denomination Brandy de Jerez, obtained from highly selected wines for distillation in columns (continuous distillation apparatus), obtaining spirits of the highest quality.
These are carefully aged in 500-liter oak barrels previously seasoned with the finest Jerez wines using the traditional dynamic system of Soleras and Criaderas.
The sublime combination of spirits and distillates and the vinous character imparted by the Sherry Casks during aging make Fundador Solera Sherry Cask a brandy unique in style, harmony and elegance.
