Master's Pink Gin

Master's Pink is a Master's Gin base to which natural strawberry and raspberry aromas are added, extracted from the maceration of red fruits in grain alcohol.

Master's Pink is one of the few pink gins on the market that contains raspberry in addition to strawberry.

PRODUCTION The production process of MASTER'S PINK uses Master's Gin as a base.

This process begins with loading the still with three botanicals: juniper, coriander and cardamom, to which grain alcohol and osmosis water from a natural well owned by the distillery are added.

After a maceration period of 24 hours inside the still, the distillation process begins and lasts for 8 hours.

Subsequently, the peels of sweet Valencia oranges, lemons and bitter Seville oranges (previously macerated for a period of 44 days in tanks with grain/cereal alcohol) are loaded into the still and distillation is carried out.

To this Master's Gin base, natural aromas made from the maceration of STRAWBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES are added.

To create the natural aromas of Master's Pink, the fruit is macerated with alcohol derived from cereals (the same as that used to make Master's; it is the highest quality alcohol available).

This maceration is then distilled with alcohol.

This aroma is added to the Master's base, giving it its characteristic flavor.
