The Alambique de Santa Marta Coffee Liqueur is made entirely by hand, and contains no flavorings or thickeners.
To make it, natural coffee is macerated for a minimum of 3 months in very select alcohols, and then a touch of vanilla and caramel is added.
It does not contain gluten.
Regarding the pairing of the Alambique de Santa Marta Coffee Liqueur, it is recommended to serve it as a dessert, at a temperature between 6 and 8 degrees.
TASTING NOTE: Appearance: Brown color typical of coffee beans.
Nose: Aroma of pomace with a touch of herbs.
Flavor: Intense coffee flavor with a light touch of vanilla and caramel.
