Pazo de Valdomiño herbal liqueur is a liqueur made by cold maceration of a selection of 7 botanicals in our best albariño pomace brandy for 30 days.
It is then distilled, obtaining a crystal clear and perfectly blended product.
The final product is sweetened, and color is added last.
Finally, it is left to rest for at least six months before bottling.
It is usually consumed as a digestive aid after meals.
It can be enjoyed at room temperature, cold or very cold according to the consumer's taste.
