The Viscount of Tui Herbal Liqueur comes from the slow maceration of aromatic herbs in the best quality spirits obtained from a distillation of specially selected pomace.

It is commonly consumed after meals, thanks to its digestive properties.

It is usually served very cold in a frosted glass or with ice.

The Geographical Indication Licor de Hierbas de Galicia protects these traditional spirits, obtained from spirits protected by the Geographical Indication Orujo de Galicia and ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, through maceration and distillation of the alcohol together with the herbs that characterize it.

Galician herbal liqueur must have a minimum sugar content of 100 g/l and its alcoholic strength must range between 15 and 40%.

In the mixture of alcohols, the minimum content of spirit covered by the Geographical Designation Orujo de Galicia is 50% of the total absolute alcohol.
