Peter Heering Cherry Liqueur Made from an 1818 recipe, the Danish cherry liqueur is natural because it contains no colors or flavorings.
Peter Heering, its creator, chose to use a rare and wild cherry variety called "Little Black Stevns." TASTING NOTES: Appearance: Heering Cherry Liqueur is an intense brick-red color. Nose: Intense aromas of preserved cherries, with underlying almonds and herbs. Palate: Sweet, with a viscous texture and intense natural cherry flavors; the finish is long, warm, and sweet.
