Antica distillera Quaglia offers a bergamot liqueur, following the recipe of the distillery's founder, Giuseppe Quaglia, who founded the distillery in his name in the 1890s.
The company remains in the hands of the family, as the founder's great-grandson currently manages it.
This liqueur contains bergamot peels, mixed with alcohol.
The infused bergamots are blended with Madagascar vanilla.
