Derrumbes Mezcal presents Mezcal Derrumbes San Luis Potosi, originating in Charcas San Luis Potosi (Mexico) made from 100% agave (Salmiana Carassispina).

Created by master mezcal maker Juan Manuel Pérez using Salmiana Crassispina, this mezcal is a total work of art.

Without enough vegetation to support sustainable mezcal production and due to the Mexican desert climate, Manuel Pérez uses dried agave plants, a stone oven heated with volcanic rocks, and agave stalks.

Quiotes are edible stems that come from the flower of the maguey plant.

Following fermentation, it is done using vats made of carved stone that add yeast in a natural way.

Distillation is done in copper stills and the double distillation process is used.

Finally, it matures for a minimum of 60 days in the bottle.

The result is an incredible mezcal whose creation reflects flavors and senses that paint an unparalleled picture of its surroundings.

With this expression of flowers and herbs, it perfectly touches sweet notes to complement the delicate intensity that also comes behind each sip.
