This edition of Pacharán Belasco Oro is the best in the history of the La Navarra winery, unique and exclusive, it is the result of the selection of fresh pacharones with special characteristics (diameter less than 7 mm), its main attribute is the high concentration in sloes, approximately 300 gr/liter.

Pacharán is a well-known liqueur from the Navarre community since the Middle Ages. It is made from the maceration in brandy of the fruit of the tree known as blackthorn (Prunus Spinosa), which is wild and abundant in the mountain areas of Navarre, with star anise.

The sloes come from Navarrese plantations controlled by the Regulatory Council of Pacharón Navarro and the alcohol comes from beetroot weeds; these two ingredients are macerated with anise and depending on how the fruit evolves with the alcohol (color and flavor) the sugar from the aniseed is added little by little, which is what provides density that balances the astringent characteristic of the fruit, having to filter the resulting mixture to separate impurities.

Pacharán la Navarra has been produced for more than 8 generations and follows the recipe of Casa Belasco, positioning itself as one of the best in the world.
