Navarra, made with 250 gr.

of wild sloes or pacharán berries per liter of liquor and macerated in the traditional way.

It is a liqueur with 20% alcohol, packaged in 1-liter anise bottles.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 15-18º to appreciate all its nuances and consume it in a cold glass instead of adding ice, to avoid altering the flavor of the pacharán.

It can be served in a rock glass or a highball glass, and can also be enjoyed with orange and other fruits.

The current owners of the company are the fifth generation of the family to run it.

Hijos de Pablo Esparza is a company that emerged in the riverside town of Falces in Navarre in 1872, dedicated to the creation of spirits.

Twelve years after the company's founding, Hijos de Pablo Esparza, in 1886, moved to the town of Villava, in the Pamplona Basin, where the headquarters still remain today.
