Made from the Xarel-lo grape, adapted to the surrounding soil and climate, from a vineyard that has been cultivated following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
All the grapes destined for the production of San Credo are harvested by hand and before pressing they pass through the manual sorting table.
In its production process, the grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated with the skins.
The must fermented in oak barrels and was aged for 33 days.
CAN CREDO WHITE WINE TASTING NOTES: In appearance, it stands out for its straw yellow color with slight golden reflections and a steely rim.
It is a clean and bright wine.
Medium intensity, expressive, delicate and very well defined.
On the nose it presents mineral aromas with light notes of white stone fruits, citrus notes, soft floral hints and light toasty notes that make up an elegant and pure nose.
On the palate, it stands out for its elegant entry, with a smooth, balanced and subtle texture.
It is silky and taut.
It is clean, structured, with a very good, deep and somewhat rebellious acidity.
It has a mineral and slightly toasted aftertaste.
CAN CREDO WHITE WINE PAIRING: It combines excellently with baked white meats, grilled salmon, vegetables and greens.
