Harvested manually with successive selections.
Aged in barrels on fine lees for approximately 6 months.
Its production involves a fermentation process carried out in new French oak barrels, with a cold maceration time of about 12 hours.
TASTING NOTES FOR HNOS LURTON CUESTA DE ORO 2012 WHITE WINE: In appearance, it offers a bright straw-yellow red color with greenish reflections.
On the nose it is characterized by its aromatic potential and fresh aromas with hints of white flowers, of great depth and elegance.
On the palate it has controlled acidity, with good freshness and flavor in which the aromas described in the nasal phase are appreciated, with a long retronasal of complex aromas.
