Rueda (Spain), created from 100% Verdejo grape varieties. Fermentative maceration for 10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere.
Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips and racking into barrels with its lees in suspension by batonage once a week.
8 months of aging in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Vineyards over 20 years old located on our Las Amedias Estate.
The winery located within the estate itself ensures optimal reception of the fruit.
