Tres Hermanas Mas de Llucia White Wine is a pure expression of the high-altitude Mediterranean character, made exclusively from Garnacha Blanca grapes from a single plot located in the heart of the Mas de Llucia estate.

Planted in 2018, this young vineyard stands out for its privileged exposure to the sun and its orientation towards the cool winds of the Sierra Molinera, which favor a balanced ripening and excellent health of the grapes.

The clay soil in which the vines grow is arranged in three successive terraces, an arrangement that helps to soften the slope of the land and make the most of the rainwater.

Furthermore, the plot is located at an altitude of over 650 meters, a strategic height that helps to counteract the effects of climate change, providing natural freshness and balanced acidity to the final wine.

The production process of Tres Hermanas Mas de Llucia White Wine is carried out with meticulous artisanal care.

The harvest is done manually and in 20-kilo boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit.

Once in the winery, the bunches are selected, destemmed and gently crushed, starting a 12-hour cold maceration on the skin, which allows the maximum aromatic and varietal potential of the Garnacha Blanca to be extracted.

Subsequently, the must is fermented at a low temperature for about 30 days, keeping the fruit expression intact.

Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months, which gives it unctuousness, volume and complexity on the palate.

Finally, the process is completed with aging in first-year French oak barrels for 16 weeks, which gives it subtle notes of vanilla, toast and an elegant structure.

The result is a white wine with great personality, balance and freshness, which faithfully reflects the unique environment of Mas de Llucia.
