Emilín Lustau Muscatel Wine. Emilín Lustau Muscatel Wine is a wine aged under a veil of flor using the traditional Solera and Criaderas system in American oak casks, made exclusively with 100% Muscatel grapes from the “Las Cruces” vineyard of Lustau, in Chipiona.
Among the accolades this wine has received are a 96-point Parker rating from The Wine Advocate guide and a gold medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2014, as well as a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2013.

The fermented wine has an average age of eight years, aged by the traditional pyramidal method of Solera and Criaderas, where the young wine enters through the solera, the tip of the pyramid, and descends through the Criaderas, until it reaches the base.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 10-12º.
With its aroma and flavor of nuts or ripe fruit, it is ideal for pairing with puff pastries, pasta or desserts made with fruit.
