On plains that look like seas, undulating cornfields dance with the elements and vines trace the path to perfection.
GRAPES: 70% Arinto, 30% Verdelho. VINIFICATION: After manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes, the grapes were quickly sent to the winery, where they were destemmed and gently pressed.
The must was clarified and fermented slowly at a low temperature (between 14°C and 16°C).
